Modiegi Notoane-Eugene

Modiegi Notoane-Eugene possesses a deep passion for nurturing leaders who will create lasting generational change. With her remarkable ability to recognize and cultivate people's higher selves, along with her belief in the transformative power of relationships, Modiegi shines in her role as a coach, guiding individuals to become the finest versions of themselves. This empowerment allows them to lead their schools, communities, families, and workplaces with both heart and intellect.

For Modiegi, embracing your best self entails being authentic in every environment, nourishing your spirit both professionally and personally, and harmonizing home and work life without compromise.

Since 2006, Modiegi has positively impacted numerous students, families, and leaders in communities from the South Bronx to Newark and East Harlem. Her diverse career in education spans various positions, including Special Education Teacher, Special Education Coordinator, Dean of Culture, Assistant Principal, Principal, and most recently, Interim Chief Schools Officer, Chief People Officer, and Leadership Coach.

Nekisha Robertson

Nekisha is a dedicated School Operations Consultant and Professional Development Trainer with a passion for enhancing school operations. As the VP of the EASD Board of Education, she brings a wealth of experience in helping schools develop and retain their operations teams through professional development, coaching, and project management.

Beyond her professional commitments, Nekisha is an entrepreneur and a devoted mother. Her multifaceted career reflects her commitment to education and her community. Nekisha's active involvement on the board ensures that she remains at the forefront of educational leadership and governance. Her comprehensive approach empowers schools to achieve operational excellence and create supportive environments for both staff and students.
