"Modiegi’s sessions spoke truly to the authentic and vulnerable leader I am striving to be. Her session on radical candor and the scenarios we used for our deliberate practice provided insight into the balance leaders are required to create between supporting individual teachers/ staff and supporting the evolution and daily progress of an entire school community (i.e. students and families). This was particularly helpful because I was able to understand that leadership has to be a role that advocates for and sees the humanity/needs of all of our community members.

These sessions also helped me examine my personal narrative in order to cultivate real relationships/connections with the members of my school community."

"When I met Modiegi I was at best an unfinished school leader, I was thrust into my position with out training or management, I went from Dean of School Culture to Assistant Principal to Principal in less than 18 months. While I was happy about my rapid ascension with the organization practically I was unprepared for the day to day challenges I would face. Modiegi was intentional about seeing me in action and providing feedback and next steps swiftly. This process was challenging and uncomfortable but it was helpful. She didn’t design a growth process for me she designed one with me. She also exposed me to other leaders who were successful in their roles which helped me to quickly close my development gaps. Modiegi is a person who is gifted at coaching and supporting leaders. With her feedback, coaching and support I was able to step into my role as principal fully and effectively."
